  I have been a patient sense 2011, I recently missed a Appointment on 6/7/2017. It was totally my fault for missing as I forgot. I did call and leave a message at 5:00 PM that day, two hours after missing the appointment. I stated a call back and stated that it was my error. The appointment was made from a phone call from the office, they stated I needed a follow up because I have not been in for a while and my medication would be stopped if I did not come in. I just called the office because I never received a phone call back and was just told that the practice will no longer see me. It was because I missed the appointment. The secretary was not the regular one and did look back and see that I did miss some more sense 2011. I did tell the sectary that I no longer wanted to see a doctor. She saw my point. I really struggle because a couple of years ago, Dr Vitticore changed my medicine and stopped it cold turkey and started me on another. I had severe issues from it and ended up in the ER with serious issues. Dr Vitticore care during and after was awful. The complications I had could of been life ending. I did get my medicine change and had good results and was doing good, so I stayed with him because it was easy. I am sure there is a lot better doctors in his field and would recommend going some where else. I never thought he was very good but hung on. Today actions was enough.

  Dr Vitticore is a kind and compassionate doctor. He is a soft spoken man who tells you in terms you can understand what is wrong. He also does not rush us thru the visit and out the door. And I have never had to wait long in his waiting room. I wish all doctors were like him!!

  I have finally found the perfect neurologist for me! Dr Vitticore patiently and completely listened to what I had to say..he gave me encouragement with how I am managing my MS...I feel so well taken care of and that he will always be there if and when I need him. The office staff is friendly and helpful as well..I will recommend Dr Vitticore to anyone who needs and wants compassionate and knowledgeable neurologic care.
